Bad app - plain and simple. Loses past issues and crashes all the time! I want my money back for the annual subscription!

Terrible, do not use, plain and simple.

In short... Do not buy. Loved Car & Driver and reading since I was 10. Imagine my excitement of a tablet enabled reading experience. Videos, interactive charts, awesome. Except the execution is completely amateur.l Always crashes, every new update actually makes it worse and feel cheated out of my subscription money.

The app is so bad never get it there is no free preview of any magazines so you never know if its worth the $5

Thats all I get for purchasing a subscription, a big black screen! You dont even deserve half a star. Get some real software professionals to work on your app.

dont bother with this app its really bad and unprofessional.

I wanted this to be a good app and free up some space in my travel bags. This isnt the case. I purchased a single month and have been unable to read it. The app freezes or crashes constantly. I have erased and re-installed etc with no luck. A very poorly developed app unfortunately. If I cant get my money back then I may have to quit reading it even in paper form. Truly disappointing.

Enjoy reading car and driver magazine, but its impossible to do when the app crashes constantly, refuses to load, or when the yellow dots dont work. Also, I would like to read in portrait mode sometimes too. The original version worked well, but this one is impossible to use. It seems like updates in general tend to make things worse. Please fix!!!

Downloaded the app then downloaded a single issue (since I saw that people had a lot of trouble with it) and of course, it did not work. The issue says "Purchased", I downloaded it no problem, you click it and all you get is a black screen. What a disappointment, every single app I have ever downloaded has worked, paid or free. C and D just lost a customer.

Keeps crashing and last update deleted all my previous downloaded issues.

Absolutely horrible app. Get with the times. Difficult to navigate, closes all the time for no reason and full of intrusive ads. Basically they scanned the magazine and uploaded it. Come C&D - spend some time to make a proper working app.

It seems that every time there is an update to the app you have to download every issue again. Once they are downloaded it is fine.

If your not Spanish dont get this app. Fix it please, want to subscribe to a full year but dont speak spanish

Downloaded content keeps vanishing. I have had to download the huge magazines several times and it takes forever. Retina users will be rewarded with terrible image quality as well. Just get the real magazines... theyre infinitely better.

Crashes every time I try to open on first gen iPad

Great app, only needs an automatic page viewer so you dont have to zoom in and out so often

Crashes immediately on opening. Can no longer access current or previous monthly issues.

Love the app. It has all the same great articles than the paper version, and then you all the videos of some test drives. The only downside is when a new issue arrives, you have to log out and log in again to have access to your download!
